Photo Assignment 2

In Photo Assignment 2, we were asked to test and use more elements of Photoshop. On the first task, I used the Selection Tool to isolate the objects then used Remove Colour to give the black and white background.

The next assignment was to create a photo montage by overlapping pictures and erasing the edges to blend them together.

On the next part we were told to create a Panorama by taking photos across a landscape, overlapping the pictures and using the Photomerge to link them all together.

In the next assignment, we explored different types of how to compose people pictures.

The first tip was getting different types of pictures by switching the view from vertical and horizontal.

The second tip was Subject Placement. Place the subject off center to create a good subject placement.

Backgrounds. Using plain backgrounds will focus attention on your subject instead of distracting other things.

Point of View. By using different points of view, you can get exciting angles and interesting pictures.

Low angle looking up

High angle looking down

Close-ups. Close-ups give a more personal touch to your photos.

The next assignment was using the Photoshop Clone Tool to repair damage on an old photograph.
